Can I pay in installments?

Yes! I know that investing in a Sharon Sweeney piece upfront is
something that not all customers can do immediately. It’s for this reason
that I’ve introduced an installment system that allows you to pay a
deposit to secure your piece. We then set up a payment plan that suits
you. You receive your piece after the final payment.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes of course! Feel free to direct message me on Instagram or email me
directly at sharon@sharonsweeney.ie.

How long does it take to receive your order?

Every single piece is made-to-order, for this reason, I allow up to 21 days for delivery from the date of purchase.

Is there an additional charge for custom measurements?

Minor adjustments do not add additional costs. If the changes are
substantial and need additional fabric/work, this will be priced
accordingly.

How do I provide custom measurements?

I prefer to measure in person where possible, but if location doesn’t
allow for this I’ve created this measuring guide.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Each item is sent by registered post with a track
and sign system. You’ll receive a dispatch email once your item is sent.
Please note that Sharon Sweeney is not responsible for any
delays/misplacement of package/s once sent.
If you order products for delivery outside of the EU, your order will be
subject to import duties and taxes and you will be responsible for
payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Do you accept plus size orders?

For sure! This is the great thing about having a made-to-order business
model. I can offer complete size inclusivity.

Do you do commission pieces?

Yes, I design and create custom pieces outside of my collection. For more information contact me at sharon@sharonsweeney.ie

Can I return my piece?

At Sharon Sweeney Design, we operate on a Made-To-Order business model, which means that we are unable to offer returns or refunds. We want to assure you that each piece is meticulously crafted with utmost care and attention once your order is placed. To ensure a perfect fit, we kindly request you to visit our sizing guide page and carefully select the correct size when placing your order.

In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues with the product upon receipt or if the sizing doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to assist you. We are more than happy to provide a replacement for any defective products. To ensure the best fit possible, Sharon Sweeney herself will personally contact you to confirm your measurements once your order is placed.
